10. Cancellation Policies
10.1. Flexible 5 days,
You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. The amount is paid in full if you cancel the reservation within 5 days of arrival.
2.2. Not refundable,
The total amount of the reservation is paid without the right to a refund.
2.3. Standard Rate,
You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The amount is paid in full if you cancel the reservation within 30 days of arrival.

11. Check-in
11.1. Hours: from 15:00 to 18:00.
If you want to check-in after 18:00, you must request it from the services of Aldeia da Quinta do Paço.
11.2. A security deposit in the amount of 100€ to guarantee any damage to the house, loss of house keys or main entrance gate controls.
12. Checkout
12.1. Hours: from 09:00 to 12:00.
Exceptionally, for justified reasons, and if requested the day before, we can check-out after 12:00 if the availability of the house
allow it.
12.2. Return of the deposit amount if there are no damages.
12.3. Aldeia da Quinta do Paço reserves the right to charge an extra night if the check-out time is not respected.
